Chicken Herb Pastry Bundles

Every cook has that one recipe that makes her shine. It’s often an easy one that she can make for company, that looks like she spent a whole day making it. For me, it’s this herbed chicken and pastry recipe from Pepperidge Farms.

I have made this for nearly every guest we’ve had in the last couple years! It turns out perfect every time and is one of those dishes that looks like you spent hours making it. It’s an impressive dish to make when having dinner guests over.

For the cheese, I use this brand of spreadable cheese in the garlic and herb variety. I’ve also experimented with the herb I use. The recipe calls for fresh parsley, but I’ve dried and it’s been just as good. I’ve also used the spinach and herb spice from Tastefully Simple and that has worked out very well.
