Child with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome dies
Kimberly Cook-Terrill faces murder and abuse charges in the death of her three year old half sister, Hope, who had Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.
Two of the felony charges are for excessive corporal punishment and cruel manner of restraint. Cook-Terrill turned herself in when police began to question her in the death.
The case seems to be unfortunate, as Cook-Terrill has been part of the foster care system in Ohio since she was 15 and has custody of her half brother, Dexter, and Hope.
The police state that Hope died of head injuries.

Hope Cook did NOT have fetal alcohol syndrome. You shouldn’t believe everything that is said on the news.
