February 26, 2006 by Adelle Tilton

France is the leading poultry producer of the European Union.  Some say fear, even panic, is evolving not only for fears of the flu itself, but for the future of the economic situation of the poultry producers.

I will continue to cook chicken and eggs in the UK until they find H5N1-infected domestic poultry.
