Yeah, for me just looking can take the edge off a craving. I suppose it&#039;s got something to do with being a cook, which I was when younger. I got so used to handling the food I would feel as if I&#039;d eaten. I like your method, too. Really enjoying the chocolate is what it&#039;s all about and not just stuffing our faces. 		<description>I think this is such an interesting way of handling the situation. I&#039;ve tried something similar in the past. Though looking at pictures of food usually just makes me hungrier lol. Instead what I do is allow myself to eat what I&#039;m craving, but not inhale a bunch of it. By having just a little and eating it slowly the taste actually registers with my taste buds and helps satisfy the craving a bit. If I still want more when I&#039;m done I remind myself that I&#039;m absolutely free to have more. As much as I want in fact. Just not right at that moment. By spacing it out I prevent myself from gorging and adding on any extra pounds :).</description>
