i was going to make everything handmade for xmas this year, but due to a large family, time constraints and attempts to save my sanity i’m sticking with a few scarves (i’ve knitted one so far – the one i taught myself to knit on) some beaded jewelry *maybe* some of those cute crocheted cup cozies. if i can re-teach myself how to crochet. :-P

  9. Cindy W says:

I’m working on a crocheted yarn bag for a friend — just have to line it so I can send it off. :) I’m also knitting a purse for my sister and a few scarves for some other family members. I hope to find time to make a few row counter bracelets for some of my other knitting friends.

  10. I am currently working on pendants for all my friends as Christmas. I would love to win this package!

I’m making Christmas cards for all my family and knitting slipper socks for my son. Besides doing a lot of baking – can that count as crafting too?

  14. sommer says:

Pick me! I don’t know how to knit at all. I have tried to learn, but this may be the book i need.

  15. Judy says:

I’m knitting washcloths…it’s my one knitting talent!
I need to expand my talents, beading sounds fun.

  19. Saff says:

I’ve just restarted my scarf using a different yarn – the first one didn’t really work. I’m also waiting for my first sock yarn to arrive in the post – eek!

  20. Melissa says:

I have my first adventurous knitted scarf going right now. Usually I just make the simple stitch ones that I made when I was learning to knit. I find it very soothing to my soul just counting stitches as I work. It takes my mind off my worries for a little while.
