Polyester Lighting the Tree banner (12-1/2 in. x 18 in.)Yes, I know that I missed the deadline, but Dani over at Artful Thoughts reminded me about the fact and it got me thinking of all I still have to do. We are passed the half way mark and that is a very scary thing… especially as your kids get older.

I would start saving now, because their wish list gets more expensive by the year! For some reason crayons and coloring books just don’t satisfy them anymore?? Actually, I think I need a couple more jobs! But there is a good side to all of this lol… your gifts get a lot more expensive too! No more broken gray candles… as sweet as they once were!

Start saving definitely but don’t buy at least I can’t. My boys are constantly changing their minds up until just days before Christmas. Poor Santa, some years he gets it right but others he misses by a long shot. *smile*

Santa doesn’t have it easy does he?? But you make a good point. Maybe you can take care of the stocking stuffers throughout the year and leave the big stuff until the end. :)
