Christmas in July as Quilters Get Early Start on the Holidays

Christmas ideas often run through quilters’ minds in July, as they begin contemplating projects and even starting them for gifts to give for the December holidays.
Throughout the month of July, I’ll be featuring some posts about this topic and I’d enjoy for you all to chime in, leaving comments with ideas for holiday items quilters and fabric artists can start now, so they’ll be ready for the season, even if it’s six months away.
I’ll be linking to some of Sandy Mitchell’s posts, over at All Holiday Cafe. Sandy is organizing Christmas in July, too, with a post a day. Others are joining in. This will be a great way to glean ideas.
What are you doing for Christmas in July and Christmas in December?
