Christmas Stockings–the Junk Creation Way

Quilt Stockings

I saw some very different Christmas stockings at the All Things in the West blog with it’s post called: Ho Ho Ho socks! (The picture featured above is from the blog post as well.)

Annie W. describes her stockings best, I think:

I made these today for the kids stockings! They turned out fun I think…=) They are made from an old vintage chenille quilt, the fringe on there was the outer edge from the blanket. So very shabby! Ho Ho Ho!

I think that they look pretty unique–and fun, like she says.

I wonder if Santa is a junk creator.  I’ll think about it and let you know.
