I’m not surprised at all re:melatonin link. From birth Adam did not sleep nearly as much as other infants. As in he was awake 10 hours a day the first week. Not fussy but happy we didn’t mind, but it was unusual how little he has always slept. He would have been a candidate for a melatonin-decrease-marker that may have alerted us earlier on to his Aspergers (maybe).
And melatonin has helped Charlie to (at long last!) have a regular sleep schedule.
Yea – I forgot that part. We LOVE our melatonin dose 30 min before bedtime too!!
