I've been forwarding these notices to as many people who I can think of who might have a relevant interest in examining the draft and commenting so that they are apprised of what is being considered on the Federal level, and the IACC can get a broad representative sample to consider. I hope many are also. I have no doubt some long-standing controversies will still be here at the end of the month (and possibly <i>ad infinitum</i>), but the RFIs are, as they say on the TV, "Limited-time offers". It’s a little moan but I really hope that as much time and thought is being devoted to the analysis, discussion and response to
