Whole Grains CookbookAre you looking to add more whole grains to your family’s diet, but not quite sure how to go about doing it? “The Complete Whole Grains Cookbook” by Judith Finlayson, just released in February, makes it easy and delicious.

This colorful tome contains 150 recipes, using an array of grains. Included are “Wild Rice and Smoked Turkey Salad with Dried Cherries,” “Peppery Shrimp with Couscous,” and “Oatmeal Shortbread Cookies.” There are also numerous meatless and “vegan friendly” recipes.

Each recipe contains nutritional information plus there are cooking and serving tips and information on individual vegetables and grains.

“The Complete Whole Grains Cookbook” is available via Amazon.com and most book retailers. We’ll be giving a copy away next week as part of “Bloggy Giveaway” week; be sure to check back.
