Confession~ I’m a Sprinkle-aholic

I have a confession to make! I love sprinkles! Whenever I see new sprinkles at my favorite cake decorating suppliers I want to buy them. Crazy huh? I do have to say I put the sprinkles to good use. I’m always making cupcakes for one event or another, so in my defense I use a ton of sprinkles.

The crazy part is, I get excited when I find new sprinkles, and I have to have them for my collection. This morning I gathered some of my sprinkles up and took a picture. Now this isn’t all of them, I didn’t want to totally freak you all out, but it is quite a few of my collection.

I have holiday sprinkles, cows, moons, stars, butterflies, snowflakes, pigs, dinosaurs, hearts, flowers, and more. I just like to have the perfect sprinkle when I get an order to make cupcakes. Sometimes I don’t know I’m making cupcakes until the last minute, and some of these sprinkles are hard to find. That’s my justification for having so many.
