HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAhahahahahahahahahaha.

No shooting Marye!

I am also a snooze-alarm-hitter. My husband too. We're a family full of snoozers. But now that I'm blessed to stay home, and he wakes at 4:00 in the morning, I have been known to throw an angry leg his way when he hits snooze more than once ;-)

Well, now see I have an opposite problem... I don't hear alarm clocks.... ever... It was a very very bad thing in jr high and high school... I won't tell you how many times I awoke at 645 am to catch my ride at 655 for class at 705.. it was not pretty. Dh has to get up at 430 for papers, but I rarely hear him.. (well, now I do because I'm up off an on all night just to turn this big belly over like a pancake) We also have the joy of him being a morning person and me being a night person.. But Jim is very amiable in general and that has never caused conflict... (well, except for when he's falling asleep on me when I'm wanting to talk or just company, but that's another issue... teehee!!)

LOL! No one uses a snooze alarm here. Alarms stress me out. Jim usually rises at the first sign of an alarm. If I need to wake I pray and ask God to wake me. the other morning i heard a piano, woke and no one was up. I guess it was a heavenly song.

Our conflict is that jim thinks I should go to bed at twilight and wake at sunrise or earlier. He claims to have bible back up for this. @@

I am in the position at this point of telling the teens that they should get 8 hours of sleep I would prefer no later than 12;00 to 8:00 am for them. Jim prefers 8:00pm to 4:00 am. So my compromise is that they have to be quiet enough after 8:00 not to wake Jim...and no lights on after 12:00. It's too expensive

My internal clock wakes me at 5:30-6:oo am, but Jim thinks I sleep in. It is quite possible I am sleep walking for 50 minutes/ 3 days a week as I use the treadmill between 5:30 and 6:30..... would that be sleeping in?
yep, our issue is what is your definition of staying up late and getting up early?

Oh. my. word.
My husband and I are the exact same way. He uses an alarm that makes me jump and also wakes the baby. He's a major snooze button freak, so it repeats over and over and over until I lose it. Then he needles me about being grumpy in the morning!
