Confused Shopper Saves Money

The confused shopper actually saves more money, it is true, what some are saying are confused shoppers are actually the smarter ones. Imagine standing in line and the person in front of you has 8 different bathing suits on the belt and about 24 different sunscreens, water guns and other summer time items. You are probably thinking that’s fine and it was probably you…except it happened in the dead of winter, with snow on the ground.
Why does this one shop smart? He/she will be well prepared when it comes time to buy those overly priced bathing suits during the spring and summer season. By this I mean they’ve already bought their swimsuits/trunks/etc for less than $5 on clearance while you’ll be spending $20-120 on yours. The only problem I see with the "confused shopper" would be finding a place for all the loot.
You tell me, who’s the smarter shopper? Is it the one that buys during the off season? Or the one that buys a swim suit in the summer and hopes to catch a drop or one that goes on sale?
Tip: Purchase next year’s Thanksgiving display on the day after Thanksgiving for 75% off or even Christmas Stockings sold after Christmas. This will save you a ton of money. No one ever has any use for the stuff the day after the holiday so stores try getting it off the shelves and drop it at 75% off.

I usually pick up stuff when it goes on clearance at the end of the season. Around here, they are clearancing the swimsuits when we’ve still got months of swimming left.
