banner.jpgCanadian food celebrities, Janet and Greta Podleski’s new healthy eating cookbook, “Eat, Shrink, and Be Merry,” is coming out later this summer, but you can get an early look by winning an advance copy here at “All Holiday Cafe,” as part of the Bloggy Giveaway Carnival.

The cookbook is a fun collection of recipes and cooking tips, using easy to find ingredients and easy to follow instructions. There are plenty of choices for holidays, including the Great Pretenderloin, Red White and Yahoo salad, and Bewedged appetizers. For more about Podleski sisters and their book, visit their Web site.

To win the cookbook, simply leave a comment below, telling us your favorite holiday before midnight on Monday, August 4 (EDT). The contest is open to US residents age 18 and older. Good Luck!

Note: this giveaway is now closed for new entries. The winner will be announced later on Tuesday.
