Raise those cookies or pizza slightly off the bottom of the pan, and you’ve got a crisper crust! The unique mesh is fiberglass, and will fit into a baking pan or on a baking sheet to give you even crispy oven-baked fries. And you know how hard that is to accomplish! The Cookmesh Crispers come as a set in several sizes: 12″ round, 12×10″ basket, and 13×15″ rectangle.
