Could I Eat Moderately?

Yes I could. Eating moderately is pretty much the biggest way of how I lost weight last year after my second pregnancy. I exercised A LOT and I was also breastfeeding but let’s face it, I love food. I could’ve used the same pregnancy excuse “i’m eating for 2″ but I chose not to. I ate, moderately and the healthy way since I was still my baby’s source of food.
I love food and I love cooking therefore I really have to work hard on saying NO to seconds. Before, I’d probably eat 3 of of those brushettas. At this point in my life, hard as it is, I’ll stick to 2. Being Asian, rice is a staple item in my diet. It’s hard to give it up even though I know my hips answers to it the next day. I’m trying my darn best to limit my rice intake to about 3/4 cup whenever I cook dishes where rice is a side dish. Like this menudo and rice combo. Rice is delicious, especially when you slither it with any dish’s sauce. See, I’m drooling just talking about it..LOL. I keep telling myself to only have 1/2 cup of rice but that’s like taking 1 bite of chocolate. It can’t be done. Not with me anyway, heh.
Time management, exercising, and eating moderately. These 3 are my “diet”. I could have another baby and add breastfeeding after 9 months but I have a hard time managing 2 kids as it is so that’s going to be a NO on that diet.. LOL.

Loving rice and eating a lot of it too, I am switching it up to brown rice. I really do not like the taste of brown rice, but garlic, onions, and other flavorful veggies will hopefully hide it. And I have to stop adding in the butter – light olive oil is all I would stir fry it in now. Sigh…
I like wild rice, but I hate cooking it!
