I, personally, have not gotten into crockpot cooking just yet but, I do know that velveeta cheese with jim dean sausage bits cooks perfectly in a crockpot (Queso Dip made easy and it tastes delicious, too). Add some fresh jalapenos and tomato slices prior to eating and hhmmm, mmmm, good! Great idea, it gets so darn HOT out here in Vegas, I am always looking for ways to keep my house cooler!
