Check out these adorable little pie molds from Williams-Sonoma. They are available in both a heart and a star shape. The molds work first as a pastry cutter – mark the shape with the lip of the mold, then lay the crust inside, fill, and bake. The Pocket Pie Molds measure 5.5″ x 4.5″ x 2″.
They are available separately or you can buy a set of two that includes one of each. These are an exclusive of Williams-Sonomaand they do require hand-washing.
