Day Spa Health Tip

Most of you know, that I have a very severe addiction to my day spa. I HAVE to go once a month. If I don’t go, well I don’t actually don’t know what would happen because I don’t think I have missed a month in the last 3 years.
I always learn a little something when I go there, and its not the name of the new OPI nail polish colour. A couple of months ago, I discovered that if you put cucumber slices in your water, not only is it more fun to drink, it tastes like you are doing something really good for yourself. Guess what….you are! Cucumbers are a great way to add a little bit of taste, and nutrients to your water. It definitely makes it easier to drink those required 8 glasses!
Sometimes lemon slices just get a little bit boring. Sometimes I use frozen fruit as ice cubes (but not in cucumber water). I didn’t learn this from my spa – I came up with that one on my own.
