De-Stash Your Studio challenge – weekly check in

It’s time for the weekly check-in!
Did you stray? Was there a yard of something lovely that you couldn’t put down? Did that that ball of yarn “magically” appear in your shopping basket?
I was surprisingly well-behaved this week… My favorite fabric store had a sale on some pricey patterns this week, and so I dropped in on Saturday to pick them up.
But I went to a location I don’t normally go to… and it was one of the biggest in the city! Argh argh argh.
I was a good little de-stasher and didn’t buy anything!
Well… except for my patterns 
So, how about you?
I bought a crochet hook. That’s it. I justified it by saying that I needed the hook in order to destash!
Well I put the yarn back that I was looking at but then picked up a couple of cross stitch magazines.
Good job! the de-stashing part of life is certainly a challenge!
This is a great Idea. But I just got my notice in the mail today about the Fabric Fair happening on April 5, 2008 9am – 2 pm South Park Home Economics Building.
This is and event that I attend each year and nothing has stop me. So I am working hard on the current fabric stash that I have so I can make more room for more!
