Design Your Perfect Nanny

If you were awarded the Perfect Nanny that would be at your service for one full month, what would Nanny do?

What would you accomplish in your life while having nanny around for that month?

I have a reason for asking these questions — so won’t you play along?

I don’t know if I need a nanny. What I need is someone who will occupy my kids for an hour here and an hour there while I do my work, and in between could do some light housework.

Try creating a play group with friends with kids! I have two hours every week where my daughter plays with my friend’s kids so I can get things done and then I watch her kids at the park once or twice a week! It doesn’t have to be in your home (less mess). Pick a spot nearby and drop them off (park etc).

By the way – there is a woman in Canada who I have used in the past for behavioral related questions and such (like the Super Nanny might). She does phone consultations (after preliminary questions about your child) and helps with behavior or discipline issues! All her advice worked amazingly for me and she was recommended to me by more than one friend. I think her contact business is Coast Solutions (rforsyth@dowco.com) and her rates were somewhere around 100.00USD for consulation. Worked for us! Good luck
