Oh Kelly – that should have had a spoot alert….

  3. Kathy Sena says:

Hey, thanks for the link love! I’d love to know what your readers think of these designer barf bags… I’m thinking they belong on SNL.

  4. Kathy Sena says:

Oh, I love it, Kelly! Use the leftovers for goodie bags! Seriously, who buys this stuff???

  5. Michelle S says:

I think they sound like a good idea, but I would have gone broke buying them, back when I was pregnant.

You know, I was talking to my pregnant friend just about 10 minutes ago and how she’s really suffering with nausea during this (her 4th) pregnancy. I will have to tell her about the bags.
    ;D

  6. Kathy Sena says:

I think the colored bog-poop bags would do the trick for her, Michelle. Seriously!

  7. Grace says:

uhm, i’d be better buying a $1 gift bag at the dollar store. :-) I can barf 7x over the cost of that designer bag.

  8. $7.50 for 10 bags to puke in?! LOL

  9. marlene says:

I bought these for my pregnant daughter-in-law. she has used all three already and has ordered more… they really held its contents for the whole time she had it in the front seat… before this she was throwing up in WENDY’S bags and then had to clean up the mess in her car.. it was costing her over $ 7 each time to clean it… the bags cost me under $6. for 3 bags… plus,, she was able to wipe her mouth with wipe that was included…

  10. Marijke says:

Marlene, thanks for your input. It’s easy for us to ridicule these things – and I’m putting myself in that group too, but if they do the trick, then more power to the makers.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you come back again.

  11. marlene says:

dear marijke,,, the ones my daughter in law liked were by momma’s chic sic bags. they have a wipe and hold quite a bit… good luck with your bloggers that get morning sickness!

  12. Lucca says:

While I can understand how funny the idea of a designer barf bag sounds at first, I have to be honest… I LOVE these! I got mine at http://www.ChucktheYuck.com. As someone who has been sick throughout my entire pregnancy and the aunt of a little boy who gets sick every time we take a road trip (needless to say, my sis loves them too!), I can not say enough good things about them. The alternative is a dirty car and extra plastic bags lying around. If you have a need or know someone who does, you should try them… you might be surprised!

  13. Jax says:

I believe that the owners of Chuck the Yuck also give a portion of proceeds to ALS… puke for a cause! :)

  14. Jen says:

They actually come in handy! Trust me, I know! This website has bags with “wet wipes”! http://www.mommasicbags.com/ ….great for on the go clean up!

  15. Dana says:

I suffer with nausea almost all of the time – while I was pregnant & motion sickness – not fun :( I found these great bags on line that aren’t too expensive & they work!!! No leaking. Plus they come with a little wet wipe to clean-up with. I carry one with me all the time now. The site was momma sic bags.

  16. marlene says:

only one company makes them with sanitizing wipes… the site my daughter used was http://www.mommasicbags.com. I now keep the travel version in my car for adult emergency use.
