Diabetic recipe contest for Michigan residents

A great idea to spread diabetes awareness. The American Diabetes Association along with Amylin Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Eli Lilly and Company is organizing a diabetic recipe contest.
- There will be two categories – main course and dessert with three prizes in each category – $150, $100 and $50.
- The contest runs from December 17, 2005 to January 10, 2006.
- There is no entry fees for the contest
- You must be at least 21 years of age and must be an amateur chef to participate in the contest
- Only one recipe entry per person is allowed
The contest is open only for Michigan residents. I hope the ADA organizes such events at national level in future.
