  1. I learned how to resize a picture on Infranview for my BJP pictures so now I know what you are talking about here. I can see how I can translate this into layers for non-digital layering (meaning printing layers out and using the old paintbrush and gel medium routine). Thanks for the idea.

    There’s also a program called GIMP that a lot of people seem to like. It’s a free download too. I don’t know how much it does.
