Dogs in the news

It’s time to catch up with the week’s doggy news!  What’s been happening to our furry friends this week?

• JetBlue Airways is trying to become the most pet-friendly airline.  They’ve just announced their new “JetPaws” program to encourage pet owners to fly with their precious pooches.
• In tragic news, a young boy was mauled to death by the family dogs.  Three dogs were in the yard where the young boy was found.  Remember – never leave young children and dogs alone!
• Do you know the economic effects of dog shows?  They can bring thousands or even millions of dollars into the community hosting them.
