Don’t Be a Slouch!

Thera-Band Exercise Balls“Over 70% of Americans suffer from lower back pain every year. A huge culprit? Sitting in front of computers all day. So whether you use a computer in your office, or at home, Woman’s Day recommends using a stability ball instead of a chair to help engage your abdominals and strengthen your back.”

As I type this entry, my back is aching and after two C-sections (even years ago), I’m pretty sure that it wouldn’t hurt to strengthen my abdominals while I’m working on my posture. It certainly would be nice to say good-bye to back aches and a flat stomach wouldn’t be bad either!!

Actually, I think that I have just might have found an exercise that actually does EASILY flatten your abdominals, but I want to work on them a little more before I tell you what it is. Fingers crossed it isn’t a fluke!

    Sigh.

    Yes.

    I should do that.

    All new mothers should really.
