Dormant Eating Disorder + Stress = “Uh, Oh”

I can handle big stressors really well — give me a crisis and I’m able to handle the drama.  But the little stressors… well, let’s just say that they get to me.

I’m talking tiny things, too.  Itty bitty stupid events (that are more often “non” events.)

That’s why I work out every day.  I find movement very calming.

If you also exercise to battle your stress demons (and keep anorexia or bulimia, often triggered by high levels of stress, at bay), head over to Grounded Fitness

There, Susan writes about finding inner peace and tranquility with the help of yoga and ayurveda (which I know little to nothing about, though I’m familar with the term.)

While you’re at the site, feel free to browse around.  Oh, and tell Susan and Kelly you said hi!

I find working out in the morning, even if just means taking a 15 minute walk or whatever is an awesome way to start my day ;)
