Here’s some positive news for loved ones with Down Syndrome. A new wellness center will be opened in Chesterfield, Missouri, that will be devoted especially to adults with Down Syndrome. The center will be named for St. Louis Cardinal Albert Pujols, who has a daughter with Down Syndrome.

The clinic will be the first of its kind in the state, and will focus exclusively on the lives of adults with Down Syndrome. The site is expected to attract many medical experts in Down Syndrome from all over the state. The center opens in November.
