Drink Your Water Challenge Finale: Meet The Participants

A couple of months ago I issued our first Weight Loss Challenge here at Weighting Line. The challenge: Drink 6-8 glasses (8 oz. each) of water
every day for the next two weeks.
The purpose of this challenge was to get you all to be more conscious about staying hydrated. All too often we tend to forget about drinking water. A lot of us usually replace water with diet sodas or other sugar-filled drinks that aren’t healthy.

My goodness, you are making me blush! And FYI, I don’t think my hair is ever going to look like that again – I was fresh from my hairdresser who seems to make it do things that, alas, I usually cannot.
