Ruth at EatingFabulous.com has posted a great article on a study looking into the possibility of fruit and vegetable juices reducing Alzheimer’s risk.  Published in the September issue of the American Journal of Medicine, this study found that people who drank fruit and vegetable juices three times a week or more had a 76% less chance of developing Alzheimer’s.
