Ecomics issues may prevent dental care

Good dental hygiene and dental care can prevent many illnesses and disorders that end up causing chronic pain – but as economic woes hit and people worry about job security, the first thing to leave the budge may be visiting the dentist.

According to various studies, as unemployment goes up, dental health visits go down. While it seems easy to say "don’t do that," economics does play a role in many decisions, including dental care.
