Car makers have been developing various types of batteries which could be used in the electric cars that they are manufacturing. Of course, they would have to make sure that these batteries work well and last long. They also do consider the charging time that these batteries have.

Now, it does look like car makers may be rushing to make orders with Toshiba Corporation. See, the company has just created a new kind of battery. According to the company, this new batteries of theirs can be charged in an average of five minutes. And it is of quality too for the company has proclaimed that the battery can last for up to a decade.

The battery known as the Super Charge ion Battery would soon be shipped to various markets in a couple of weeks and I’m pretty sure that it would be a big hit. Hail to electric cars!
