Energy Conservation Resources for Business

Energy conservation and energy efficiency initiatives are an area that could still use a lot more attention in the pursuit of reducing our power dependencies, both in our personal lives and in our society’s commercial endeavours. John Makower put together an excellent list last week profiling his 30 or so favorite energy-efficiency resources for business.

While progress has been made over the last couple of decades, the fact remains that there is so much more that can be done to build the foundation of a healthy and vibrant economy that doesn’t rely on excessive usage and fossil-based, polluting generation sources.

John’s list of resources range from the general like Energy Star for Business to sections on Green Building, Green Utilities, Financing and Travel/Transport. Definitely one for the bookmarks folder.
