Eufora Hair Products Review

Recently I was sent several different hair products from Eufora to review. I’m very choosy about the products I use on my hair, because quite frankly I don’t like to spend a lot of time on it. If I can use something that makes my hair easier to work with, I’m all over it. The products I received were Piece Works, Urgent Repair Replenishing Treatment, Urgent Repair Shampoo, and Elevate Finishing Spray.

Piece Works
As you will remember, we had a giveaway for Eufora Piece Works last month. Since you’re somewhat familiar with that product because of the contest, I’ll start with that one. I’ll admit I don’t normally use defining paste products since my hair is long. I recruited my mom, who really short hair that she spends a lot of time on. Her hair is baby fine and she’s always looking for products that give her “volume.” She loves defining products but finds that they weigh her hair down and don’t get her the molding that she craves.

Because of her experience, she tried Piece Works reluctantly. She assumed it wouldn’t work the way she wanted, and if it did, that the styling hold wouldn’t last. She was wrong this time.

She said Piece Works not only held her hair the way she wanted, but it held throughout the day. She was very excited to finally find a defining paste that worked the way she wanted.

Urgent Repair Replenishing Treatment
I have really dry hair, so I was happy to use this product, which is essentially a very thick and moisturizing conditioner. I have a lot of fine hair that gets “snarly.” So I am always looking for a conditioner that allows me to easily comb out my hair, but doesn’t weigh it down. I found the Urgent Repair product perfect for this use!

Urgent Repair Shampoo
If you’re going to use a repair conditioner, why not use one for shampoo as well? Eufora’s Urgent Repair Shampoo was very moisturizing, and I almost didn’t need the conditioner after I shampooed with it. (Almost, but with my hair, still had to.) I liked the smell of the shampoo, and like the conditioner, appreciated the fact that it didn’t weigh my hair down.

Product grade: A

Elevate Finishing Spray
I’m super particular about my hair spray. I like a product that holds my style, but still allows movement. I can’t stand the stickiness (or smell) of most hairsprays. Currently I use a brand that you can buy at Walgreens. It isn’t expensive but works very well.

I didn’t really like the smell of the Elevate Finishing Spray to begin with. Since the other products had a nice smell, I felt like I was adding perfume to my hair when I sprayed it on. Also, I didn’t find that it moved very easily once it was on. It “hardened” my hair a bit, and I didn’t care for that.
Overall, I think the rest of the products were great, but didn’t love the hairspray.
