I don’t know what kind of cigarette this is supposed to be (tobacco? marijuana?), but it’s a thought-provoking piece of art.

We’ve briefly touched on the mental health effects of both smoking tobacco and marijuana (although I’ve since found some slightly dated information on respected websites claiming marijuana does not effect your brain or mental health).
