Great interview, but I think we missed two points:
Jared stopped eating Junk food, so it was not necessarily the Subs that helped lose weight but the fact that he stopped the junk food
Secondly, not everyone will achieve Jared’s results, as Subway is quite heavy on the Carbs in their bread, and some people may have trouble with carbs and their metabolism..
