We often hear: exercise, stretch, relax those muscles so you don’t develop a repetitive stress injury (RSI). Ok… but what exactly are we supposed to do?

The Centers of Disease Control (CDC) in the United States has put together this PDF document to list and describe the different types of exercises and stretches you can do for your eyes and muscles: Exercises and Stretches.
