Eyes Wide Open…

When my son was a toddler, he needed next to no sleep. He would sleep about fifteen minutes here and there and then was ready to play for hours at a time. And at night he was wide eyed and ready to play.

The only thing that worked was settling him in his stroller and taking him for a nightly walk. The night air was the only thing that would lull him to sleep. People must have thought that we were terrible parents, but it was the only thing that would settle him down. There were times when I didn’t think I would ever sleep again.

And just when he was learning how nice is was to sleep, his sister came along. While those days are well behind me, here is your chance to share stories on how to get a baby to sleep through the nights. Neither of mine slept the entire night until they were a year and a half.

Kate over at BabyLune found a way that worked for her, but she is having one little problem. Maybe you can help.

And, what’s worse, now it’s ice cream season.
