EZ Bun Lady Demands I Remove Free Advertising

I just got this email from the EZ Bun Lady.
writing back again after talking with our attorney you need to pull the
blog down immediately. the use of our trademarked name and the picture
from our copyrighted instruction sheet is just not allowed by our company
please remove it now. Bows by Lisa Luann the manufacture of the EZ Bun.
She’s probably right about the copyrighted picture, I did assume she would enjoy the positive advertising. I’ll have b5media lawyers research whether or not I am allowed to recommend any product I want to, even using a trademarked name.
I guess not everyone wants free advertising.
Wow. Craziness. I considered ordering one. Now I definitely won’t on principle. Sometimes business people and their lawyers do really, really stupid things like this. I’ve been thinking about cutting my hair super short anyway.
So “sioux” me, lady! What a business MORON. She needs a new lawyer who will give her better advice.
Gosh this just makes me want to cut my hair off.
