Bloggy Giveaways Quarterly Carnival ButtonUPDATED WITH WINNER – The winner is Elizabeth F. from The Whole Family.

WearyParent is participating in the mega-giveaway carnival at Bloggy Giveaways this week. With the return to school looming right around the corner, it is just about time to start shopping for school supplies.  With three kids in different grades and schools, I have often wished I could just hand the teacher a check and have them hand my child all the school supplies needed for the year. Just think of the money and time you could save. EZSchoolSupplies.com has been reading Moms’ minds!!

EZSchoolSupplies.com is a one stop shop for school supplies. Schools and teachers can register their supply lists with EZSchoolSupplies and then time-crunched Moms like me can look up the school/teacher, chose the appropriate school supply pack, and the supplies will arrive in the mail. No driving all over town or waiting in lines. And the school can benefi, too, because EZSchoolSupplies gives 10% of the school’s sales back to the school.

As part of the Bloggy Giveaways, we are giving away a sample EZ Supply Pack full of school supplies like construction paper, 3 ring binder, dividers, graph paper, scissors, ruler, pencil box, markers, erasers, and more. (see photo)

Maybe I am weird, but I love every part of school shopping! I get all giddy shopping for pens and pencils and stuff like that! I can spend hours at office supply stores just wandering around. My least favorite part? School clothes shopping with my 6 year old because he HATES it. Would love to be entered in your giveaway, thanks so much!

  9. yessenia c. says:

well this one time about two years ago i went back to school shopping on one of those days where everything is on sale so it was completely PACKED, one thing you should know..i’m a very clumsy person i trip a lot over my own shoelaces or on air hehe really that’s true so don’t make fun of me, actually you can it’s okay i don’t mind hehe, um.. i was looking for a three inch binder that we were required to get and i had such a hard time trying to find one because pretty much all they had were one inch binders, but then i saw it way high up on this shelf thing and because i’m five two i couldn’t reach all the way up there, which was about a foot higher than i could reach, i saw this little ladder somewhere off to the side so i got it and started to climb it…well i kinda might have leaned a little too far on one side of it so it ended up tipping over and causing me to fall right on these stacks of sheets of college ruled paper!!!! it was sooo embarrassing especially since it happened in front of some people from school it was horrible but after getting over the fact that it was so embarrassing i just laughed along with everyone else : )

great give away hope to win!!!

My kids and I love new office/school supplies. We get excited over new pens, new notebooks, etc. I know – totally weird. Simple pleasures I guess. :) This is a great supply pack. :)

Thanks for the chance to win! :)

  16. Dddiva says:

UGH what I hate about back to school shopping is every dang body thinking they are the only people in the world taking up whole aisles and sticking stuff wherever if they decide not to get it. People are rude, obnoxious and clueless. And of course they NEVER have everything on the list, not one store, not one time.
She loves it so much we are having a giveaway of our own and she is personally picking out a backpack and bunch of supplies for the winner.
Would love to win some I didn’t have to pay for myself so am entering yours. :)
What I love is that the littlest Diva ADORES everything about it touching stuff, picking it out, smelling it for crying out loud.

  17. Charity says:

I love getting it all done in one trip.

    Thanks

  18. Josie says:

My favorite part of back to school shopping is all the pens and markers go on sale! I’m such a nerd, I love those things! lol.

  19. Shannon says:

I just love back to school shopping, not the fighting with the crowds, but I LOVE to replenish all the crafty goods my kids have used over the last year. Nothing like new bottles of glue, full boxes of crayons and new construction paper!!!

  20. Alka says:

I like shopping around for the best deals at back-to-school time but the crowds stink at the end of it. IT really hurts when the prices go up a couple weeks before school starts! New stationary is always pleasing.

    Thank you!

  21. Elizabeth P says:

I love the return to routines, the new of everything.

  22. Mia J. says:

This is my first year getting school supplies so I am looking forward to getting a lot of nice new supplies and am hoping to get some good deals. It would be awesome to be able to win some of the things we need.

I hate the mess people leave while digging thru supplies at the mega sales!!! I feel like I need to clean before I shop!

  27. Tabitha says:

I actually love shopping for school supplies. I try to buy extra things when I see them on sale during the year so that when the big rush hits I don’t have to do as much. But…I could spend all day just looking at paper products and writing utensils!! I only have one in school this year but I bought some fun at home school supplies for my little one too:)

  28. Erin says:

This is my first year as a school aged mom, and I haven’t even begun shopping. The hubby is going to kill me when he see’s the bills this month. I love letting my 5 yr old pick out her own things, but I don’t like paying for them!

    Thanks for the great contest

  29. Sherri B. says:

My least favorite part of school shopping are the teacher lists. I know that they are supposed to be helpful, but most of the time my kids don’t even use the stuff on their lists. Plus, does it really matter that much if the binder is 2″ or 3″? Also, the expense gets worse each year!!!!

  30. Dan Smith says:

Prices for school supplies are reasonable

  31. I love to see the excitement on my kids faces as they feel and smell and see all their new supplies for the new year. :)

  32. Susan Smith says:

I like letting my kids pick out their own school supplies

  33. Jeanine says:

what a great idea. My favorite part of back to school shopping is knowing that my daughter will be seeing her friends again soon and that makes her real happy. I hate how they get the list of supplies the first day of school and then have to fight the mobs to get a 1 1/2 inch (certain color) binder and the rest of the supplies.

  34. Tara says:

I always loved trying to match stuff. I always wanted to get the really cool folders lol Great giveaway! Trying to teach my little boy this year..

  35. Bailey's Leaf says:

Kid in preschool so truly, I’m a horrible mommy since I don’t buy her new school clothes.

I do recall that school buying season had a smell. A very specific school type of smell. I can’t describe it, but the school smelled the same way. It can’t just be me that noticed it.

    Yuck. I hated that smell!

    Thank you!

  36. Sarah Z says:

Back to school shopping is like Christmas shopping.. too many people, long lines… yikes I am scared!

    Thank you!!

  37. Leah says:

My favorite part of school shopping was always the fresh set of crayolas. Thanks for a great giveaway!

  38. I love everything about buying school supplies. I love the smell of paper, all the pretty pens and pencils, new notebooks, etc. What I don’t like is how much it costs! I have seven kids in school!

  39. Valerie says:

Least favorite: Everything runs out quick!

  40. Sharon Fairclough says:

I love the purchasing of the new book bag, I also love when Target reduces their school supplies a few weeks after school start and I purchase enough stuff to last through the year

  41. Tanya Moyer says:

I actually like all the back-2-school shopping: school supplies, lunchboxes, backpacks, clothes. I enjoy it all. I don’t like the girls actually going back to school – I always miss them! We end up having such a great time over summer, that I’m always sad to see it end! Great giveaway! Thanks for offering it!

  42. kathy eller says:

Something about the Going back to School season is so magical and bursting with possibilities.

  43. Jennifer M says:

I have how crowded the stores are and all the inventory ends up in a jumbled mess.

  44. judy brittle says:

My favorite part is finding all the great deals on school supplies this time of year. My worst is when you make a list of everything thats on sale and the store is out of most of the items.

  45. Katie says:

I looove getting things cheap, that’s probably my favorite part of back to school shopping. 22 cent glue! 5 cent paper! 10 cent pencils! Heaven!

  46. Jennifer Still says:

My least favorite part about back to school shopping is that it means that I’ll be without my babies all day again very soon. My favorite part is how excited they get over little things like lunch boxes.

  47. Kristin says:

As a homeschool mom, shopping for back-to-school takes lots of planning! Not only do I have to gather the pencils, paper, etc., I have to buy the books, too. Usually, buying the basics gets pushed to the background!

  48. Rita G says:

I love the look and feel of fresh school supplies….it is a brand new start!

  49. Katherine Frazier says:

It’s so great to buy all these new supplies (the only time of year that this happens – kinda like Christmas) it brings that Christmasy feeling on – Thanks for the giveaway

  50. Anne says:

    Ahh, back to school shopping!

The best part of getting the kids back to school is watching their excitement as they pick out fresh pencils, pens, backpacks etc.

The worst part of getting them back to school is getting up early and trying to get them ready on time. (I can hear the “mom, I’m still tired” or “mom its too early to get up”) They also end up wearing pretty heavy fall clothing and its usually about 80 degrees outside. haha
