Art Attack Thursday!

You all know how nuts I am about clocks! I certainly talk about them often enough, do tons of projects using clock or time imagery, and I love love love to show you fabulous examples of clock art when I come across it.

Well, Eric Frietas’s clocks just take my breath away! Eric has a Flickr photo site for you to drool over, and he also sells some of his clocks on his Etsy Shop.

From his profile (isn’t this great!?):

Growing relentlessly in the mind of Eric Freitas lies a realm of dark mechanical curiosities and horological contradictions….In 2004 Eric began to study the dying craft of clockmaking so that his ideas could be executed, and it would become apparent that even an instrument as logical and precise as a clock could be compromised by ungoverned subconscious thought.
