Fake Thai Shampoos Could Cause Baldness

March 25, 2006 by Cory

This story comes from The Nation. The Thai Food and Drug Administration warns fake shampoos could cause baldness:

Official laboratory tests are being conducted to determine whether a brand of shampoo is causing people to lose their hair – amid suspicion some shops are selling fake shampoos in containers of well-known brands.

The story gets a bit creepy at the end, with an individual finding way more than you’d expect in the bottle. Yet another advantage to being bald.
