When was the last time you reviewed your CPR techniques? The American Heart Association has a Family & Friends CPR Anytime Personal Learning Program that includes:
- A personal, inflatable CPR manikin – “Mini Anne”
- CPR Anytime Skills Practice DVD
- An American Heart Association CPR for Family and Friends booklet
- Accessories for the program
Everyone and anyone can learn basic CPR in less than half-an-hour using the kit (although it doesn’t provide certification). Could be an priceless investment of money and time.
