Champagne is delicious, but predictable. A cosmopolitan? Oh, come on. It’s time for something a little different…a little unexpected. Something that may look like a simple apple martini when in fact it’s a surprisingly delicious green tea prnphotos077442-SUNTORY-DREAMING-OFvariation.

Here is a cocktail recipe to impress your friends with at your next holiday get-together. Dreaming of Zen is the creation of San Francisco mixologist Victoria D’amato-Moran and takes advantage of ZEN Green Teal Liqueurâ„¢ a one of a kind liqueur in North America.

Dreaming of ZEN
1 oz. ZEN Green Tea Liqueur
.5 oz. MIDORI Melon Liqueur
3 oz. Mango Juice
White Pepper
2 oz. Cream

Shake/strain over ice into a champagne flute. Garnish with mint leaves and a dash of nutmeg.

I had theeee best drink last night while out to Sushi, a perfect touch for St. Patrick’s day! It was sake (tyku) mixed with green apple soda. Yum, such a treat!
