There’s a website I found that sells Scrabble tiles by the piece – http://www.silysavg.com – So if you need just one particular letter you can buy it for like .50 cents. I know I needed like 7 S’s and a bunch of T’s and I could buy just those. Denise

You can order the tiles directly from Hasbro (the manufacturer). They’ll send you 100 tiles, along with the pouch and four plastic racks for $6.50.

Just go to Hasbro.com. Click on replacement parts; then S; and select (plain) Scrabble (not one of the special editions).

Is there a place that you can actually just buy scrabble tiles or do you have to rely on purchasing old games?

I can never resist buying old scrabble games at yard sales and second hand stores. Those tiles are just too perfect….

BTW… the kids could also spell their names with tiles, too….

Neat ideas! I’m sure I have an old Scrabble game with missing tiles (i.e. no good for playing the game anymore) around here someplace. I need to go search for it.
