I was browsing through my one of my favorite online scrapbook stores and I came across these cute floral embellishments to add a girly and feminine dimension to your scrapbook layouts!

They are made of mulberry paper. Cute eh? You can get them at Stamp Attic for $5.31 (discounted at the moment) a bottle.

Those are really cute and I can imagine lots of little projects where they could come in handy. Actually, I have been thinking about creating some personalized greeting cards for my Mom. Those little “embellishments” would make adorable little flowers for a garden scene.

Obviously I am really new at this. ;)

I found a new material to create your own floral embellishments for cardmaking/scrapbooks.

The material are actual flower petals which have been preserved. Unlike freeze-dried petals and dried petal, these petals are soft and malleable so they are easy to work with. They also come in a variety of colors and sizes. They remain in excellent condition for over a year!
