Here’s a great recipe that kids will love and won’t stress you out in any way in the kitchen. With Easter just around the corner it would be fun to do a practice batch (like the kids would protest!) and then make them for any occasions you might be attending for the holiday - church events, family get-togethers, etc.

I found this recipe via the awesome Heather at Chocolate Bytes.

Chocolate Krispy Rice Easter Eggs

1/4 cup margarine
40 regular marshmallows or 4 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 cups chocolate krispy rice cereal

Melt margarine and marshmallows over medium heat in a large pot, stir in vanilla and chocolate crispy rice cereal. Using your hands (butter them first or moisten with a little water), shape into eggs, or use hollow plastic eggs to mold into shape.
