Food Friday – Easter Nests

I have always wanted to try making these delicious-looking Easter Nests and now that my friend Carol has posted them on her blog, I am even more eager to try them this year. They sound like they’d be easy to make with the kids and they would certainly enjoy trying them out afterwards!

Easter Nests
7 oz. marshmallow fluff
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
5 oz. chow mein noodles
1 cup chopped M&Ms
Peanut M&Ms, Cadbury mini-eggs, or jellybeans
Powdered sugar (optional)

Combine marshmallow fluff, peanut butter, melted butter. Mix until well blended. Add noodles, chopped M&Ms. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet and shape to form nests. Let stand until firm. Dust bottom with powdered sugar (optional). Fill with peanut M&Ms, Cadbury mini-eggs, Robin’s Eggs (malted milk candies) or jellybeans.

Yum! ‘Tis the season!

I hope your readers enjoy them! Just be sure to refrigerate the leftovers (if there *are* any, that is, LOL). Otherwise the cookies will get much too sticky and gooey.
