Foods to Shrink Your Belly

As we’re in the full swing of summer now, you might be wondering what you can do to look just a teensy bit better in that swimsuit! (Or pair of shorts, or tube top – do they even make tube tops anymore?)

I came across this article that says these certain foods will help you shrink that belly. Now, while I’m usually pretty skeptical about foods that claim to make you thinner, I will agree that certain foods can make you bloated. And if there are foods that can bloat, there are foods that can shrink.
There were quite a few I had heard of on this list, and a few I hadn’t. They are:
- Quinoa
- Green tea
- Kefir
- Avocado
- Eggs
- Grapefruit
Each of these contains something that adds to a flatter belly by boosting metabolism, adding more protein, etc.
